The other health bene...I say bring on the soy nuts. The other health benefits they bring can't be overlooked. Plus I read somewhere that protein won't be stored as fat while carbs will. Protein you don't need will just go through you. (but if you get enough cals from protein and have extra carbs they will be stored as fat). I've been eating a handful (that's the hard part) of nuts every day and it's working for me!
